Casey's

Multiple days a week I swing in before work to grab something to munch on & drink. So far they have always had my food/candy of choice. Even have a good selection of energy drinks as well.

Dirty. Worst Casey's I have been in. I will go to the other gas station along my route. Cup lid dispenser empty. Package of lids placed on counter rather than refill. No hot food. Yelling in kitchen about other employees. Urinal looked like some vomited in it 2 weeks ago. Bathroom stinks. Cashier was nice.

Casey's is known for their coffee, it's strong it's bold. This particular establishment however has decided to save a few pennies by watering down their coffee. The coffee so weak now it's weaker than McDonald's coffee.

This has got to be one of the worst Casey's that I have ever been to. Most times that I have gone in for the last 2 years for lunch, there is either nothing in the pizza warmer or what is in there is expired by 1 to 2 hours. I have questioned this many times. Today I went in and of course there is nothing in the warmer, nothing being made, any your employee is at the pizza counter scrolling on her phone, eating.

This is the absolute worst ran location that I have ever experienced! After four horrific times of ordering pizza to only have them “lose” the order, “the ticket didn’t print”, blah blah. I vowed to never do it again. My husband was convinced that if you talked to a human vs using the app or automated system it would be fine. Guess what??? He ordered at 2:30pm today to pick up at 6:30pm and he received notification it was almost done. Got there to pick it up and they don’t have the order and that he would have to wait in the queue before they made it. Never, ever again!
