Casey's

They didn't have ingredients for the pizza I ordered on the app and called me to either get a refund or substitute. I substituted because I didn't have the time to cook for the night. I blame the manager for the ingredients not being available. My girlfriend who picked up the pizza on her way home from work said the two people inside were bickering towards each other instead of focusing on her the customer which tells me neither one wants to be there and that sort of negative attitude tends to be passed down by how the manager treats them. Perhaps you need a new manager Caseys. You also never have anything available to eat in the morning for the early workers 5am+ besides a single breakfast pizza. The cashier's are always friendly, the pizza is good however there is NEVER breakfast foods or donuts in the morning, iced coffee is empty, or hot coffee tanks are being cleaned during peak selling hours. I'm constantly going in and finding my item is out of stock because maybe they're not planning orders well or they just aren't doing the stocking at appropriate times. Seems like no prep is ever done before opening for the early morning blue collar guys like my husband too. We'd spend alot more if the ordering/stocking issues were addressed.

This Casey's is a joke. We work at a local business in town. You get to the store early the old white haired cashier looks like she just crawled out of bed and doesn't brush her hair she's rude the shelves are not stocked there is never any breakfast food you have to wait in line for 15 mins while the cashier drinks her drink and takes her sweet time to ring you up. You tell her she needs to get help at the center and she tells you no she is fine. The kitchen workers are always out smoking cigarettes. It's to the point where multiple people come in the door and see the line and walk right back out cause the cashier is still asleep. You order pizza they say one time then you get here and it is another 45 mins or your pizza is under cooked and you don't notice till you get home. Then you ha

Terrible customer service and they are consistently out of stock on items especially the French vanilla iced coffee which has been empty for a month now, go in for a snack or breakfast or lunch and the food is always empty like they aren't making anything. This Casey's as a whole is terrible I drive out of the way to quick trip because it's so bad
