Ordered 6 pizzas 4 hours in advanced. Went to pick them up at the time I requested pickup and they hadn’t even made them yet. Said they dough machine broke, you knew there was a large order you’d think they’d prep let alone it’s Saturday probably one of the busier nights, This is the 3rd time this type of incident has occurred with this location. We will use the other Casey’s location in the future.
DO NOT COME TO THIS GAS STATION. GO TO SUNOCO DOWN THE STREET A BIT. The gas station pumps are dirty, the trash is never emptied, they CHARGE for airing up your tires, and the hose doesn’t even work! It drained my tire to a flat!
wow. It has never been so awful in here. Fruit flies all over the supposedly fresh baked goods, another customer was upset because they were trying to excuse giving him burnt pizzas. The current employees clearly do not care about health, quality or safety of the food served. Left with nothing and felt so awkward and frustrated
Ordered pizza ahead at 5:30 for 6:45 pickup. Got there at 6:45 to see a line of 8 other people waiting on their orders. Went to give them my name to have the person working saying I didn’t have an order placed. Showed her my name rider confirmation and after a little more searching she said they had printer problems and hadn’t started my order. Said they would do mine next. I’m good with a rush. Except, 17 minutes later she then told me again mine would be the next one they made. 33 minutes after my scheduled time I got my pizza. All they while they had another persons simple pepperoni pizza sitting in the warming oven. Why not give me that one since I’m there and waiting and remake the other persons who was there? No discount, no anything. It was still in the warming ove
Princess was helpful and kind I asked the cooks if the pizza were beef cause they're marked that way but looked like sausage and they looked at me confused and said beef?! So I took they're word. It was sausage and I cant eat sausage or pork for health reasons. So really how hard is it to make the correct labels
