Casey's

This place is a dump. Never open during regular hours. Can't get staff that wants to work or a manager that will cover. Might as well sell it to Kwik trip so the village can have a convenience store that will be open during the day. Photo from 4pm Saturday- this has been happening regularly for 2+ years

Lexi is very rude to deal with . I called at 9:35 to order a breakfast pizza and she said it I’ll be ready in 20 mins , she said I have a dr appt and I will pick it up closer to 11am and she called at 10:20am leaving a rude message on my vm and went to go pick it up and she threw it I. The trash .! Unbelievable service !

First of all, let me say that I LOVE Casey's. One of the best things Casey's has is their breakfast pizza, bacon is way better than sausage. If you haven't had it, you need to. Unfortunately this Casey's is having trouble figuring this out. I was patient as they were have staffing issues, I understand this happens. Recently they've been able to get more staff and still haven't figured out how to have pizza ready. You cannot convince me it's a high waste product, one slice probably pays for the entire pizza (6 slices). I've stopped here too many times between 7-730 and left disappointed with no pizza. It makes me sad. The crew is always nice and apologetic about it, I'm just not sure why management hasn't adjusted. **Update 3/31** Even after replying nothing has changed. I stopped back in

This is by far the worst service I have ever got. I’m a cook in one restaurant and a server/bartender in another and I would never dismiss responsibility for my own product on a third party. I received my delivered pizza an hour after it had been dropped off in the front entry mail room. Casey’s refused to remake or refund my food because door Dash did the delivery it’s their fault. I did not hire door dash, I ordered my pizza through the Casey’s app. That makes it their responsibility. I would never treat customers the way that I was treated today. And I love Casey’s pizza, it’s a shame that I can’t order it anymore.

No one here. Middle of the day. Says someone will Be back at 2pm and it’s 2:15 no one here. What kind of business are these people running. What a joke. Watched about 15 people come up to the door and leave pissed
