The best Fideuà and Paella in FL. You can order to-go or dine in. Loved their basque cheesecake and jamón ibérico all tapas and other dishes. Cordon blue chef, unique place with amazing future. Hats off to you Cheff Gabriel !

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Casa Silva, and I was absolutely blown away. Their to-go concept makes enjoying high-quality Spanish cuisine incredibly convenient. I ordered the Paella Valenciana for six, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The flavors were authentic and incredibly delicious - honestly, I can't imagine tackling a dish of that scale and perfection in my own kitchen! It was a true crowd-pleaser and a generous portion for everyone. As an added bonus, we received two individual bottles of their gazpacho, it was a revelation. While the paella was amazing, the gazpacho might have actually stolen the show! Fresh and perfectly balanced, it was an unexpected highlight that truly elevated the meal.

Loved everything about Casa Silva. The food feels homemade with real care, and their selection of wines and gourmet products is outstanding. A must if you’re into good food and quality ingredients. My favorite was the basque cheesecake!!
