Casa Fiesta

Food tasted good, definitely lacking any spiciness though. Suppose we are used to living in Colorado where heat in the Mexican food is a standard. Server was busy but never checked on us once the food was delivered. Clean restaurant which is always a plus and food arrived pretty quick. Recommend but if you are expecting heat and spice in your food you will probably be disappointed.

I went in and Togo order for dinner which I have before, the Togo portions are significantly smaller than when you dine in. I got a Mexican chopped salad that didn’t even have romaine lettuce! It was on a few pieces of spinach. Then when I asked for another bag of chips they said it was going to be $2.50, but when you dine in they are FREE. Highly upset with service and the food after paying $40 for a meal Togo!

We had a lunch Travel Party here today. Pedro, Fernando, and the rest of the staff took fantastic care of us, They were able to accommodate our bigger party out on the patio. I will rethink that next time, as the patio was a little warm at 11:00 a.m. today. However, that was my choice, and it had nothing to do with them. The fajitas were great as always! Came for a late lunch and pleasantly surprised their lunch menu was good until 3 pm. Menu item ordered was supposed to come with avocado but it was not delivered with any and I had to ask another employee for it as we had not seen our waiter for a while. The guac that was brought was a dippable kind, not pieces of avocado but still good.

Food was amazing and had a really good server. But the host. She seems to be new and maybe being trained. Incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She constantly gave disgusted and mean looks towards my table, my family, and multiple other customers. I will not be returning if she is going to be the face of the costumer service.
