Literally the worst experience ever , I asked for two vanilla milk shakes and literally they gave me two cups with plain milk with a little vanilla ice cream , I asked for my refund they said they were not able to give refunds since they’re not allow to , neither could remake the drinks , I spent almost 20$ , they ended up saying I had to call tomorrow to speak with the manager so he can resolve this what they could not , so unprofessional

Always a great product. We order a cake about every other month from here and the service is always amazing. When the photo machine went down yesterday they gave me a call immediately with 2 other options. They kept trying and called me when it finally worked. Everyone is friendly and truly wants to make the customer happy. We also love that there are tables inside and outside to sit and eat ice cream with our two young children. Fun family outing.

Employes Didn't know what a float was. O.k., not the end of the world. But, Then charged me over $5.00 for a small cone, which was minimal ice cream, which tasted really bad. I might has well thrown my 5.00 in garbage, which is what I did to the cone. Was better years ago.

Very disappointed with this branch of carvel. They refuse to make milkshakes with hard cream flavors. So if you want a flavor other than chocolate, vanilla or strawberry they, attempt to concoct the flavor using vanilla soft serve and toppings. Do better Carvel, if you are scared your equipment will break, update your equipment!
