They messed up my Uber eats order so bad, completely forgot one item And then gave us the wrong size shakes for the rest of the order. Horrible service Will never order from there again.

I cannot recommend this store enough!! The owner is wonderful and created the most incredible cake for my son’s birthday!! It was as delicious as it was beautiful! Everything was super easy and super reasonably priced! The cake was a massive hit with the kids AND adults, and I will be coming back for all my parties! Highly recommend!!

The owner and staff at this carvel are amazing! They created a special, custom cake for my sons birthday and it was the best ice cream cake we have ever had. Process for ordering and pickup could not have been easier and owner executed the cake perfectly. Highly recommended!

I purchased a large chocolate ice cream cup for $8.20 with tax, which is fine, the price is the price, but the portion was not completely large, more like a medium sized portion, the inner center of the cup was hollow and empty, as I was eating it the sides fell in towards the middle where there was no ice cream, they just went around the inner wall of the cup and circled around tapering to the top to about an inch above the cup, the servers were very nice and friendly, the Only good thing about this store, I do live locally and today was the last time I go to to this location. A few weeks ago I went to another location, on Old Country Rd just west of Rt 135, and it was completely and totally full of ice cream and at least 2 inches above the top of the cup, I rather drive 8 miles instead o

Ever since the new owners took over in this location the store has gone straight down hill. They have no idea what they are doing there. I just walked out as they wrere super long and they had just 1 person working there. She kept going back and forth from the Carvelanche machine and then to ice cream container over and over again. Same thing happened last time I was there. Other people also walked out. Unless you have a lot of time to kill and a lot of patience, go elsewhere!!! Service is harendous!!!
