Love the ambiance, friendly service, and food overall very good. I ordered the burger which was cooked a perfect mid rare, I just wish the bun wasn’t so dense and large compared to the burger. The fries were amazing, top 5 hands down. So many positives, however, I was a little taken aback to learn the signature cocktails were made with subpar well liquor. I do not mind at all paying 18 dollars for a cocktail that is the normal price nowadays but I do mind when it is made with Montezuma tequila. That’s not even 100% agave, there are so many good cheap tequilas on the market now that I hope they upgrade to something consumable. I had to request another tequila choice and was up-charged an additional $4. I’m not upset about that but for a restaurant to charge 18 for signature cocktails

Eddie’s truly exceeds all expectations. The drinks are great. The buns are never soggy. The pasta is never overcooked. The salad always has the right amount of dressing. Satisfying, delicious, and done right.

Eddie’s Bistro was such a great find. The food was incredibly high-quality and absolutely delicious—every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elevated and approachable, making it feel special without being intimidating. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Eddie’s is such a treat! Fantastic food, great atmosphere, and wonderful, attentive staff. Whether eating at a table or at the bar, Eddie’s delivers an enjoyable dining experience. The menu is creative and delicious, with something to offer for anyone’s taste. I’ve visited several times and look forward to working my way through the entire menu. I’ve even visited for the late night vibe, which is warm and friendly. Can’t wait for the spring to sit outside at the courtyard. Thoroughly recommend Eddie’s to all.
