Delicious ice cream for any occasion! They have lots of unique flavors and the ice cream is always delicious! The ice cream cakes are delicious! There is a signature crumble layer and delicious frosting! All the cakes have the same inside, so you always know how they will taste, no matter how they are decorated. The cakes also have a variety of decorations for any occasion, including thanksgiving! They will write a name on the cake for no extra cost! The girls at the counter are always friendly and helpful. That being said, everything is very expensive. The cakes are especially overpriced.

I’ve been going here for 48 yrs. The best soft serve anywhere in Syracuse. The best pistachio and mint soft serve that nobody else has! HOWEVER, when you are open until 9pm and start pulling the ice cream bins from the case while 6 ppl are still in line at 8:33 makes me want to call your boss! There needs to be better supervision over these kids running the store. Who wants to order a flavor that they can’t see?Whats the delight in that? Work ethic. Same thing happened when I showed up at 10:30 am when they open and the soft serve was dripping down the cone because it wasn’t ready and the case wasn’t stocked with flavors. If you open at 10:30 you better be ready to serve prepared icecream. Nuff said.

First time in here, I got Browne batter- loved the texture so smooth and yummy- they had ice cream cakes looked delicious.

Always have Fudgie the Whale available! We added the Harry Potter edible cupcake toppers that we got at Michaels to the Carvel Fudgie cupcakes. Thanks.

Always a great experience! I've been enjoying Carvel ice cream since I was a kid! They have all their classics as well as new things I haven't tried! It's a small shop, no stairs, very clean and everyone is just so friendly. It's so easy to start up a conversation! It's very clean and just a great treat for the whole family. My pup Coop did for sure!
