What we wanted online was not available so we had the cake customized. We called and placed our order, then received communication from Anthony confirming our order and making sure it was everything we requested. We picked it up, it was perfect and delicious. Anthony followed up with us to make sure it was perfect. Excellent customer service, absolutely delicious product...we are customers for life to this store!

I ordered a cake from this Carvel location for my daughter’s birthday and customized it with cookies and cream and chocolate flavors, plus a Gabby’s Dollhouse theme. It was a total success! I ordered a large sheet cake from Carvel for my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was an absolute hit! From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was incredibly helpful. I was later contacted by Anthony, who went above and beyond to ensure the custom image I wanted on the cake would print perfectly. He suggested minor tweaks for better results, and confirmed every decorating detail. His attention to detail made the process stress-free and fun. The final cake? Stunning. The image came out crisp and vibrant and the cake itself was delicious!!! Carvel made our celebration extra special, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future events. Highly recommend! 🎂✨

The customer service at this Carvel location was one of the best I have been to!! Thank you Luz for making my 2 sundae dashers, I have never seen these sundae dashers come out this good!! Just look at this beauty!
