Carvel

This is such a nice Carvel! We wanted a cake for our son in law and he loves Carvel and this store has everything! We found exactly what we wanted and when my husband asked the operator how old the cake was, she looked at her watch and said, "about 3 hours..." She has such a friendly personality, and GREAT cake decorating! She wrote what we asked on the cake and it is just perfect. We know he's going to smile when we sing to him. P.S. The store has great parking in its own little lot, the store is clean, many cake styles to choose from, they even have boxed "cupcake sized" ice cream treats like you could serve for a small party. There are prepackaged ice cream cones with all sorts of toppings individually wrapped or you can get your own ice cream where they make you a cup or cone with your

Closed the store an hour before listed time online. There was an Asian lady and 3 other employees that turned away 19 customers (was told by another customer who was waiting outside and upset). Store’s machines were working and as the store closed the employees walked away with multiple soft served ice cream cones. I get it, some days are harder especially on corporate promotion days but that doesn’t allow you to mistreat and lie to your customers nor does it give you authority to close the store early at your convenience.

Open till 9pm. Employee saw walking towards the store. Walked away and locked. 8:50pm all we wanted was a cake.

Delicious soft served ice cream, but so overpriced. Also, the peanut topping tasted stale (not good).

Been giving this place a shot multiple times over the past two years. The service isn't rude but it certainly isn't warm. The ice cream is great if you could get past the high prices and unusual discrepancies in prices that other customers have shared in reviews here. Really wished they would turn things around but it hasn't gotten better. Personally I won't be revisiting this location for awhile if at all.
