Carrabba's Italian Grill

The portion sizes versus the prices have sadly gotten terrible. My salad was $24, the size was like a small side salad portion, or lunch portion, and the 6 small shrimp in it were very dry and overcooked. My son ordered the 7oz steak and even that seemed extra small and thin...$30. That aside, the food did taste delicious and, Chloe H., our server, was wonderful. I mentioned my dissatisfaction and she and her manager provided exceptional customer service. They removed my salad from the bill and actually gave me a tiny fresh portion with extra shrimp to take home.

Well we used to go to this Carrabba’s a lot. It has changed and not for the good. We called ahead and were seated within 8 minutes which was quick. Unfortunately we were sat by the takeout area and the freezing draft hit us every-time the door opened (see pic). Our server Derek L was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed us that there was no soda/pop available, a first time ever in my dining experiences. You can see what we ordered on the receipt. So here is a major issue -we ordered our food when we received our drinks. We received our soup and salads and app within about 15-20 minutes which was great. Then came the long pause at about 1 hour from our apps and salads arriving -the manager came over to tell us that they were behind. She proactively offered us a reduction on our

We visit Buffalo once or twice a year, and every time we visit we stop by Carrabba’s. The food, the service, and the atmosphere is top notch. Our server Milca was wonderful this time around, very attentive to detail and made sure everything with off seamlessly.

Forgot how great this place is! Stopped in last night and enjoyed a delicious meal! Stuffed mushrooms, Pollo Rosa Maria, & Filet and Shrimp Toscana. The server was wonderful and very attentive. Highly recommend visiting!

Overall, 8.5/10. We go pretty much once a year for a birthday. This year I got a sirloin and ceasar salad with shrimp. As an AP we got the Mezzaluna Fritte (Fried Ravioli dish). I recommend getting pasta when you go. No real complaints though a really good fine Italian chain.
