Daughter is diabetic. This is her go to coffee shop when in town visiting. Offers many sugar free options that are delicious and appealing.

First time here this morning, went for a ride and decided I needed coffee, glad I chose this place. Went in and was greated with smile by what has to be the happiest person on the planet. I hate I can't remember what the name of the coffee was I ordered but it had nutty in the title and has peanut butter in it and lord is it delicious! As if I needed another reason to hop on the motorcycle well here's another. Will definitely be back!

Coming home from taking my friend to Appalachian State, the construction made me late getting home. Hours from home and about to miss my virtual college class, I was getting nervous. Going from frantic Google-ing showed a cafe just up the road. Walking in, my heart dropped at the "no solicitors," but I thought I could still try. Maybe I could offer to clean dishes later or work something out. Fast forward 30 minutes later, I'm seated in an adorable blue armchair, drinking one of the best pumpkin spice lattes I've ever had, using free-of-charge wi-fi to attend my class just in time. shout-out Carolina Coffee, y'all are lifesavers<3

I didn’t like the Lollipop, but the place itself is nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly. The coffee is also quite good.

I make the drive from Hudson to the coffee shop almost every week! I love the staff and owner! And they have the best selections of coffee and drinks.
