Carnitas Paracho Garibay

Been running by this place in the morning as they start cooking for months and finally decided to go in this morning as I walked by.... Daaaaang, that was a good taco plate! Carnitas are on point with generous portions. Will be back for more for sure.

This place is a phenomenal hidden gem. The food is fair priced, high quality, and absurdly delicious. I highly recommend getting the carnitas and the chicken. Their rice is to die for as well. 10/10 will be returning.

This is serious eats. Come early, though if you are after the chicharrón, it’s sells out quick. The buche is excellent, and the carnitas are delicious. I was impressed with the chicken, too. Sergio and crew are really rocking it out front and center here. A must try destination for all foodies a hidden delight.

Some of the best buche, cuero and carnitas tacos I’ve ever had! If you go make sure you try out the cueritos tacos! You will not regret it 🤤also the chicharron is nothing but 🔥 I took 4 lbs to go back to LA. Hidden gem in fallbrook for sure, will be coming back when in town!
