Carnitas El Rincon Chico

Carnitas, when prepared correctly, I like to think it surpasses most other meats. Considering that the preparation requires knowledge, or should I say, skills to pay the bills. All components are critical when thinking about it: fresh cilantro, for those inclined for chopped onions, a piece of lime, and vital component: salsa(s) 💃. The traditional Carnitas would require several hours in a type copper container, but surely other types also work fine. Key ingredients mandatory and slow cooking. Delicious carnitas! We ordered a pound and brought it home. Super yummy. But be careful....the salsa is delicious, but fire!

I tried it for the first time today. The super burrito was huge and the quesadilla was also a lot of food. Unfortunately no chips and salsa or diet drinks, but we will be back as the food was good. A good option for a to-go order.

Just look at this beauty. The burrito is full of meat and flavors, and huge in portion size. I highly recommend it.
