Customer Reviews
I waited to rate this place because I didn’t want to leave a bad review… but also think my experience needs to be noted. First let me start by saying that I am spoiled, I am from Houston which has one of the most diverse and authentic Mexican and Tex Mex food. I also get really great Mexican food from my mom so I am a little bias. I just can’t recommend this place. The caldo de camarón - I have never in my life seen broccoli 🥦 in the caldo. Literally that is all it had broccoli and shrimp. Even the caldo was like water down. I ate it because I was hungry and paid close to $20 bucks for this. My hubby had the Chile relleno and I was taken back when the menu online said a different price and then got charged like 25 bucks for them. He says they were good but I don’t trust him. He literally
Service was great. Waitress was really tentative and nice however the food was pricey. Meal for two plus two pineapple waters cost over $70.
Soo Good!! The food was Muy deliciosa and the service was awesome... Definitely El Tradicional authentic tasting Mexican food. We loved it... The flavors Mmm mm... The Michelada I had was excepcional. That was my Dessert "The Cherry On Top" Gracias
It was good but in some thing it was not so good. For example the green Chile they used on the Cielo Mar y tierra molcajete was not that good. Would have loved if they used Barcelona of cheese on that molcajete plate. Ceviche was alright. Fajitas had to much vegetables and little meat to my taste. Waiter did amazing. Last thing the frijoles charroz were really good.
We went for a birthday dinner and it was wonderful. They made sure we had plenty of room and let us take our time. It is a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful traditional decor. The portions are huge. You never leave hungry. The dishes are presented beautifully and with colorful blends of aromatic spices and herbs. We have loved every dish we have tried. The staff was friendly and attentive. They are short staffed like so many business right now, but did their best to accommodate us and we enjoyed our meal.
