Carmine’s

Our Monday night dinner crew decided to try Carmine’s tonight. We heard it was really good, so we made a reservation. If you haven’t been, please go! Dave, the owner, is a sweetheart. He was warm, attentive, and made sure we got excellent service. We started with sausage and cannelini bruschetta. Excellent! We also had calamari. Also excellent! I had a special - lobster ravioli with shrimp in a pink vodka sauce. Absolutely delicious!! And there were actually pieces of lobster in the ravioli!! I tried my husband’s lasagna, which is made with a bolognese base. I hate to keep saying “absolutely delicious”, but it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The chicken parm and bolognese some in our group ordered loved them. Not one of us had a complaint. It was amazing!! Then cannoli and fried Oreo

Finally made it to Carmine's in North Providence, have been reading a lot of post about them on Facebook. The steak and cheese was raved about so I had to give it a try, it was lunch time and it wasn't busy. The Steak and cheese was delicious and it also came with french fries which I wasn't expecting. I took a look at the menu when I was waiting and will have to come back again.

First things first: The lack of ⭐ is for the 2 NY System-less Weiners I waited so long to stop & get... But I have a sneaking suspicion nobody is getting the "real" recipe. Before I unwrapped it, I knew it was wrong, it wasn't messy. I look forward to going back because I drive by often and saw all the work they put into creating a great space and their continued attention to detail. Good Luck!!

Took the boss out for breakfast and decided to try Camine’s. The restaurant is clean and comfortable with a sports memorabilia theme. We ordered the basics and everything was good. If we are in the area in the future we would stop by again.

As A breakfast guru I’ve been looking for places to get a good breakfast Carmines didn’t disappoint I was greeted by David ( the owner ) and his little companion and immediately took my order and told me about the specials. I had my eggs cooked over easy with a side of bacon toast, home fries, and their homemade corn beef hash everything was spot on and the prices were fair. Shout out to Dave to Dave and his server Gina I definitely want to come back
