Kung fu tea and Carmens all in one! 5 stars for 5 reasons 1. I got mango ice with vanilla custard! So good! Def worth it! Mango was not too sweet and custard perfect texture! 2. Price is good considering it’s kentlands! 3. Got a small but it’s enough for 2 depending on how much you’re craving it! 4. Nice workers here 5. Fast service

I usually go to the one in Olney but the kids and were in Rockville and stopped! Found out Saturday 07.19.25 is International Ice Cream Day and Carmen’s was open for 24 hours to celebrate! So glad we stopped got the kids and their Dad milkshakes Mint Chocolate Chip, Oreo, Chocolate, and a vanilla ice cream cup for my oldest and I got my Funnel Cake Fries 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Loveeee Carmen’s 🖤🖤🖤🖤

Great variety of ice-cream and nice service, they gave my kids plenty of flavors to sample.

Found this location accidentally but couldn’t resist a nostalgic Jersey Shore Mocha ☺️ the girl working was so sweet, she even offered the little bit left in the blender to my husband who was very happy to have it. The lemon ice sample was as good as I remember! Love Carmen’s Italian Ice and seeing it pop up in multiple locations!
