Carmelita’s is hands-down one of the best Mexican food carts around. The food is outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, their customer service is amazing. They’re friendly, fast, and genuinely make you feel welcome every time you stop by. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food with top-notch service, Carmelita’s is absolutely worth the visit at its at The Barn in Sisters Oregon.

You will enjoy this out of the way little gem! Food truck and a great bar atmosphere. We had some great Mexican food and finished off with a crape!!! Fun time playing trivia bingo!!! Everyone had a great time!!! Enjoy!!

This is my favorite food truck in central Oregon. The heartbreaking part is they used to be 5 min from my house and now it’s 35 minutes away but it is worth the drive every time. Quality food, delicious and flavorful, amazing presentation. Everything they make is good. The customer service is warm and welcoming. It’s a family run business as well.

Carmelita’s is 2 for 2. Both times eating here have been great. Shrimp burrito is awesome, and carnitas (steak was sold out) bowl was delicious. Everything is fresh and taste fantastic. Worth a stop if in Sisters.

The sopas were so good. Great food and great service.
