The owners are hands-on, helping out behind the counter and supporting staff with clean-up, which makes the space feel welcoming and well-run. Being in a shopping center, parking is available but can be limited depending on the time of day. The inside is small, but the layout works well for small groups. They have conference-style tables, high tops, and charging ports. During the festive season, the cozy decor adds a cheerful touch. Carmela Coffee is one of our favorite spots in Parkland. My son has breakfast there at least once a week, and it’s become a special part of our routine. I absolutely love their coffee — rich, smooth, and always perfectly made. I often come with my friends to enjoy a relaxing morning together. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect place to start the day, whether for a quick coffee or a long chat with good company. ☕

Carmela Coffee is my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast, though they offer an impressive selection of food all day. The customer service is outstanding—Santiago, in particular, is fantastic. He recognizes repeat customers and often has my to-go order ready immediately. The environment is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. I highly recommend Carmela Coffee.

I think this is the most awesome Carmela Coffee shop I've been, the ice caramel coffee was great and the service was great. The owner gave us a warming hello, she's great and fluent in Spanish. The dirty chai was also amazing. If you got light work to do or study it's a great place. Thank you and will definitely come back for coffee.

Great coffee, loved the space, the couch area inside is gorgeous feels like a home. Also everyone was super nice, thanks Alonso y Santiago for making my day brighter.
