Bluefin Sushi of Parkland

My mom and I just shared the most enjoyable luncheon at Bluefin Sushi of Parkland. The whole experience from start to finish was utterly charming, and most importantly the food was fresh and delicious. The sushi was beautifully prepared and tasted as if it just jumped from the sea onto our plates; the curry was unlike others that I’ve had and absolutely scrumptious; the bao buns were bright and savory; and the mochi cheesecake was the perfect way to wrap up what was one of the best Asian meals I’ve had in a long while. (If we weren’t so busy eating, I would have more photos to share…) To top it all off, I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such fantastic service! Paula and May were beyond brilliant—I’m already looking forward to my next visit! ❤️

It’s always a pleasure dining here. The food is fresh, well-made, and consistently delicious. The waitresses and sushi chefs are friendly and make sure you are taken care of.

Had a fantastic experience at Bluefin Sushi in Parkland. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rolls were creative without being overcomplicated, and everything came out beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, modern, and comfortable. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients. The sashimi was top-notch and the specialty rolls were excellent. Whether you’re going for a casual dinner or a nice night out, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend if you’re in the Parkland area and looking for great sushi.
