ALMA is Amazing 😍 she went above and beyond with our orders I added jalapeño poppers to my burger and the fried zucchini was surprisingly good and lightly breaded. Alma was super attentive and friendly . Lots of other customers came in right after and she didn't hesitate to go in to the back and help out the cook to get out the orders faster

Great location! Delicious food. Very kind cashier. We did the drive thru and then I came in for a pit stop. They had just cleaned everything. That was a good feeling to know they were on top of cleaning.

Ordered 2 burgers, Big Cali and big Carl. Both were ice cold! As quickly as my order came to the drive-through window. It was obvious these had been sitting for probably a couple of hours. I’m utterly astounded at the low quality.

Wendy was so amazing, kind, and just all around one of the best people and everyone should be more like her and her happy nice attitude. She greeted us with joy and happiness. Just had to leave this review here and shout her out as you don’t see this type of service or these type of kind happy folk much now a days! Thanks Wendy, Carls Jr DEFINITELY needs to give you a raise or a promotion! Or BOTH! Bring up the people that are working hard with a smile!

The gentleman that helped us was great, he was the only one working the front and was trying to get the lines going but everyone else in there seemed to be hanging out.. we sat in the line for over 30 mins, if I hadn’t already paid I would have just left to be honest. They need new & more help in there.
