Came to Carl’s Jr. this afternoon and was greeting for Samantha. She was very kind and helpful and suggesting boots that I can get at a good price. I would definitely come back here again very clean. The ambience is very quiet. This will be my favorite Carl’s Jr..

From the drive through window, it looked clean inside. In the old days, the person taking your order would help you to get what you want in the best way and at the best deal. I didn't want a soda so I ordered only a burger and a fry. If I had ordered the combo, my total would have been less than what just the burger and fry costs me. When I asked. I was told that I would have to purchase the drink to make my order a combo. That would have been another $3+. It took 10 minutes to get that burger and fry. That is after someone walked in after i had placed my order and received their order before mine. The young woman that took my order with thick glasses, was not rude, but neither was she professional or helpful. I might say, less than friendly.

Food took about 25 minutes just to be the wrong food, not what we ordered. Food was missing ingredients that we paid extra for. Staff was not well trained with the products, they were obviously understaffed, the cashier was hard to understand.

I rarely complain and especially a place I often eat at but after a 12 hour day at work I hoped I'd get my usual good service and good food. Not the case this time I ordered my combo large and my fries were not even enough to fill a small fry. I thought maybe they all fell out in the bag-no! If you look at the grease on the fry carton it doesn't even come half way up. We were extra kind to the staff so don't know what went wrong. On the plus side the fries,what little there was were fresh and hot. Couldn't go back couldn't anyone on the phone-maybe short staffed now I am making excuses oh well

Food is always fresh at this location and the very sweet manager Cynthia always makes sure your order is correct and does customer service the old fashion way! 10/10 customer service
