Urbane Cafe

Mooove over Mendocino, There's a new Cafe in town... But for really though. My family and I absolutely love Mendocino Farms. We've incorporated it into our monthly rotations, and have our favorite menu items already. However, today we stumbled across the Urbane Cafe location on Western Ave in San Pedro/Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. And boy are we stoked. Not only were the employees fun and joyful, but the menu options are far more robust and the prices are very competitive. There are at least 4 sandwiches and 4 salads that I'd like to try off the rip. My wife went with the seasonal Moroccan Jewel salad and I went with The Cafe salad and the Chimichurri steak sandwich. The food came out quick and everything was fresh. We watched the bread literally come out of the oven while we waited. Michelle,

Highly recommend. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is super sweet too! A great place to eat if you want a healthy alternative.

I'm a pescatarian so it's difficult to find a quick, high quality meal. I discovered Urbane Cafe when it opened in RPV. I now eat there 1-2 times/week. The seared ahi salad is excellent. They have something for everyone, even my carnivore T-Rex wife. The service is also excellent, and the employees are super nice. It's easy to customize your menu selection. I've eaten there for Lunch and Dinner.

Minimum vegan, but clearly marked. The general manager Christian is super nice and helpful (see photo). Great service, eat outdoors on a sunny day. Atmosphere: piped in elevator music at medium volume. The sweet chili crunch tofu was tasty. Even vegan cheese on salad. Yummy.
