Came in to Carl’s Jr with the family and RICARDO greeted and welcomed us he was very friendly and patient I will definitely come back here also the food was fresh and hot .

Rick provided exceptional customer service — professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers. The manager, Adaceli , runs a tight ship and keeps everything organized, clean, and welcoming. You can really feel the positive atmosphere the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a fast-food team that’s this dedicated and genuinely kind. Huge thanks to Rick and Adaceli for making my visit great — they definitely deserve recognition for their hard work and great attitudes!

Line was long and some crazy dude would not stop honking in the line. Food was decent but fries were really soft no crunch. Better than no food though.

Wow, I understand advertising photos are notorious for making things look better than they actually are but dang!! In the infamous words of another local burger place... "Where's the beef"? This is what we ordered vs whioloioiio8iiiooiiit6iiat we got. Very disappointed! We've ordered this at other locations and it had much more prime rib. Now here comes the cherry on top. The tea was bad... Not only bad tasting, but rotten bad. Their prices were also higher than other CJs in the area.
