I had a great experience with Caleb at this location. Caleb and the staff was professional, smiling, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the service was fast. It’s refreshing to see a team that truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It's fast food, but this location has always done great. They are often friendly and quick. Everything is out for helping yourself (ketchup, napkins, refills), unlike the McDonalds in Falcon that has no self service. Only slight gripe is the Ketchup could be in a dispenser instead of the pouches. I feel like their app could be a bit better for offers (they isn't a whole lot to entice people to come in). Short of that, well done!

The drive through menu isn't working and the lady taking our order snapped at us when we mentioned that we were having trouble ordering because we couldn't see the menu. She was rude. Then a nicer gentleman got on and completed our order. I know it's not an easy job and we weren't trying to complain, but we had additional questions because we couldn't see the board.

I’ve never been turned away for service at any fast food or restaurant because the location couldn’t keep up with orders. I took my elderly mother who could barely walk to the Falcon location for lunch and we walked in and a gentleman yelled at us “The wait is going to be a very long time. We are sooo backed up in the drive thru and can’t assist walk ins.” I asked another employee if I heard the guy correctly. “She said yes we have been so busy that we can’t keep up with the drive thru.” I told her so you’re not assisting walk ins and are turning business away. “She said pretty much.” Never again will I go there.

Food is good, but recently the drive thru employees have been looking at me like I’m crazy/ Gen Z stare when I ask for salsa, then hand me 1-3 packets like their pay gets deducted for every packet when I’ve ordered more than that in total burritos/food items. What the hell is their problem?
