Carl's Jr.

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the fried chicken strips, but they were completely inedible and tasted strongly of fish—so much so that I had to throw them away. To make matters worse, my fries, my companion’s fries, and everything else that touched the fryer oil had the exact same fishy taste. To my knowledge, there isn't even fried fish on the menu at this location, which makes the heavy cross-contamination even more concerning. It seems like the fry oil is either extremely old or being used for something it shouldn't be. Definitely not the quality I expect from Carl's Jr. I won't be back to this location until I'm sure the kitchen standards have improved.

We stop here frequently on our way to and from different high school sporting events. It doesn’t matter if it’s early in the morning for breakfast or a late night dinner after an event, it’s always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We have never had an order incorrect. It’s always hot and freshly made.

I've got the chicken sandwiches to go and when I get home, the lettuce is all soggy and welted, the Mayonnaise is melted into the bread. The chicken is tough and Hardy disgusting. I don't even eat it and that's happened quite a few times and I ordered certain burgers. With\n Out onions or pickles, the French fries are have are good. The other half is heart eats as hard as hell to eat, you could jab somebody's eye out with it, that's how hard and dried out they are sometimes spongy and mushy the Carl's Jr. in cottage. Grow. Made the best french fries , but here in springfield , not so good

Carl's Jr is a great restaurant just off Interstate 5 in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Very easy on and off Interstate 5 from either north or south bound sides. The restaurant is clean, great service, and food. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and hot! Prices reasonable! Had a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and 3 Chicken Strips. The people at the restaurant made the meal. I hate your hamburger. Extremely messy and difficult to eat. A let down every time I try. The famous star burger is to thin. The picture on the menu board is false advertising. The chicken tenders are my favorite
