I’ve always had good experiences at this Carl’s Jr. location, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I placed a mobile order through the Carl’s Jr. app and arrived to an empty drive-thru. I was told I had to come inside because they were “busy.” Once inside, the employee at the counter said she couldn’t find my order in the system. I showed her the order confirmation in the app and the charge on my card, but she refused to even look at my phone. She repeatedly said, “It’s not here,” without attempting to check further. After explaining that I had placed the order 45 minutes earlier, another employee came over, looked at the pickup shelf, and found my order sitting there the entire time. Mistakes happen. Food was cold. Fries(unsalted) tasted and felt like they were cooked and hour or longer before I got them. Both large fries were not even 1/2 full (pic attached) Chicken sandwiches were room temperature at best... My recommendation? Avoid this location until they provide better food quality and the quantity that you order. If you order a large, open the bag before you leave. Sad that management/franchise ownership allows such poor quality.

mmmm i luv that breakfast burger fr. anyways this morning i was the only car in the drive thru and i pulled up and was asked to wait a min before ordering which i totally get, i don’t mind. and almost a minute passed and another car pulls up to the other ordering machine and they immediately take their order :( and so that’s just sucks but then after i ordered i pulled up to the window the worker filled my drink all the way up and it overfilled onto the lid and when they were passing it to me it spilled all the way down my sleeve passing my elbow with sticky soda. service is crappy but i love the food!!!

I usually use drive-thru so no comments about dining in. Drive-thru is quick and reliable. I ask for no onions on my burger and there's never a mistake! Smiling staff and good food. 😋
