Carina e Dolce, Specialty Cakes & Cookies

Andrea worked with us to create a delicious and beautiful wedding cake. She gave us samples of different cakes to choose from, and they were all wonderful. She also worked with us to decorate the cake based on our wedding topper, in that we wanted a tropical theme. She was able to source florals to add to the cake, and we were so in love with the end result. Not only did our cake look amazing, but it tasted so great as well. Our guests really enjoyed the flavors as well. We are so happy we went with Andrea to create a centerpiece for our special day.

Carina e Dolce makes the most delicious cakes. She had been making cakes for the “Grullon” family for awhile now. My sister surprised me with this cake for my birthday. The cakes are delicious, moist, fashionable, and heavenly. She always makes the vision you have come to life. One of the best in RI.

We never got the chance to meet in person since I live in Florida, so my mom visited the shop for me—but even just over the phone, Carina was so kind and easy to work with. She totally understood the vision I had in mind and executed it perfectly. I could not be more obsessed with how our cake turned out—both in look and flavor! We went with a tiramisu wedding cake (YES, tiramisu!) and a marble sheet cake with vanilla buttercream. Everything tasted amazing, looked beautiful, and matched our vibe exactly. Thank you, Carina, for making cake dreams come true from afar!

Great chocolate birthday cake! The only thing I would say is I ordered chocolate and vanilla layers for a birthday party and only got chocolate. All and all it was great chocolate cake!

The cake was absolutely stunning, exactly how I envisioned it! But the real surprise was the taste… it was PERFECT. I usually end up with leftovers when I order from other places, but not this time! Thankfully, I had the foresight to set aside a slice for myself because the cake was the star of the party completely gone, with guests even going back for seconds. Truly delicious and flawless in every way! Thank you so much for the cake!
