Caribou Coffee

Terrible customer service completely rude after messing up my order. Probably the single worst experience I’ve had getting coffee. Would highly suggest going anywhere else for coffee than here because clearly the employees don’t have manners.

When I pull up to the drive thru and ask for my regular sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I proceeded to get told they never make it on a biscuit and it’s only bagel and how they’re menus haven’t changed and it like, lady… I literally have the receipts showing you indeed serve this item and there’s a literal photo of the item on your menu. Who are yall hiring, been there 4 times because I found they were good. Now I probably won’t go back because if I have to rely on who is working to get what I want to purchase even if it’s on the menu. I definitely can’t trust getting anything else.

The crew at Caribou coffee is amazing! Stacey is kind, friendly, and quick to help. Everyone greets you when you enter. Stacey has really done a great job at this location. I also love the bagels!

Always friendly, quick service. My drinks are made the way I order them.

Food is pre made frozen and microwaved, not customizable, coffee is good but ridiculously expensive, $9+ for a coffee with an extra shot, it's like $6+ everywhere else in town.
