Caribou Coffee

Feb. 16, 2025 9:15ish am The barista was so so nice! Her attitude was so refreshing. She was so busy but offered to go the extra mile and wash our new cups and put our drinks into them. We left feeling so good. Like we had just left a friend... Our food was delicious, the drinks were mmm mmm good. I would definitely recommend...especially if she is working. (I hate it didn't get her name.)

Didn’t catch the name of the employee but 2pm on a Sunday(3/8/26), this employee was fantastic! Amazing coffee, clean fast and so friendly. She went out of her way to help an older gentleman carry his coffee to his car. Just all around a beautiful person. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the worst coffee I have ever paid $7 for in my life - the vanilla white chocolate mocha is literally just syrup…you can’t even taste the coffee. Also the blonde in there was just barking orders at the other worker while like 6 people waited…probably shouldn’t be saying “ignore the register, they just have to wait” in front of so many people. Never again!

This caribou is usually our coffee runs about 3 times a week. We usually spend 20 to 30 dollars between all the people. This place has GONE TO PURE JUNK. My order is so simple but taste like burnt coffee everytime. Ask for extra flavor, its like they put water instead. Never have boxes made. 75% of the time we have to wait for our mobile order. Servers are not cheerful people. This is so sad.

Stopped Sunday morning. Server was less than enthusiastic. Polite but not full of sunshine like most baristas. Chai was good. My latte with honey and cinnamon was sub par. Burnt coffee taste, no cinnamon, and overly sweet but not with honey. Disappointed spending so much on what I would consider gas station coffee. They didn't have oatmilk either. Drinking from my cup my plastic top smelled as if it'd been wiped with an old moldy stinky rag so everytime i lifted my cup to drink I caught a light whiff of stinky sponge.
