Caribou Coffee

Tried the fall honey crisp apple Carmel espresso iced and it was really good! Always great service and excellent coffee drinks. Love Caribou Coffee!

I had an order to pick up 2 coffee canteens at 9am for an event at 10am. Waiting in line until 9:30am only to find out the order isn’t ready and the girl working has no idea how to make them.. which is just filling containers with coffee. Now I’m late to my own event and walked out with $50 worth of coffee I never received. She didn’t know how to give a refund. Extremely disappointed. Will not be coming here any longer for coffee, especially for catering events.

Great quality product, some of the best coffee in town, even with all of the competition. My wife and I order consistently and we are never disappointed

Terrible customer service. Came in tonight to pick up my mobile order for me and my 2 sisters & I had ordered my drink with light ice and it clearly wasn't so I asked Ellie to remake it and she gave me major attitude and just dumped a bunch of the ice out but refused to add any more drink to it because her manager had said they aren't allowed to.. Just know that people will go where they are treated like the CUSTOMER and not a nuisance. I will definitely be giving my money to other coffee shops in town. (FYI I recently worked at caribou and we never had such a silly "rule"..)

My experience here was horrible. The service and coffee i recieved was NOT worth the $17.01 I paid. The lady who made them was so flustered she had to remake my coffee, caramel high rise cooler, twice and when she got done with it she slid it to me and said "here's this one. I dont know if you'll like it." My husband got a XL mocha turtle cooler. She asked if I wanted the chocolate syrup on it. I told her yes please and the rest of the toppings. She only put the chocolate syrup on there. Neither coffee tastes like it should and frankly are gross. I will not be stopping here again ever and I dont recommend it to anyone else either.
