Caribou Coffee

This is right by my home. Took my daughter here this week (12/11/25) before school. Expected it to be a bit busy but was in no rush. Took a while for us to be seen at the front for a hello and assistance. My concern is when when waiting listening for the name they ask to call for our order. We sat close and seen as all the food and drinks were labeled with names waitingto be picked up. We sat for 15 mins and my daughter went up to check for our name and a staff just watched her. The staff helped a lady look for her things as soon as she came up and even let her look in a paper bag that had no name that was sitting up there. That happened to be ours and when I went to ask about our order that same staff grabs that bag and just repeated states, "oh we been called that out" Even saying we

I got in at 8:34 am and placed my order. I didn't leave until 9:02 am. I was 11 minutes late to work, and I live in ROGERS. I prioritize coming here because customer service is superb, staff is so warm and friendly. I said to the staff " hey i've been here a while where is my order"? she goes its right here for Noella right? I said yes but I asked for a small and this is a hot drink, mine is over ice. The drink that was mine ended up being for a leah or Le Ann. Everyone else had a name tag on their drink except mine. They made my drink and gave me a medium but claimed it was a small and it tasted terrible since the rushed my order. This did not make me happy. 8 dollars thrown out the window.

Corporate would not return my free drink that the cashier used without my permission. The women in this office refuse remakes on drinks so I'm going to ask for a refund if the drink is made wrong. The staff person asked me, "Why do you do this?" Do what??? They are insane. Cashier took my points without my permission again on 11/4/25. THE STORE NEEDS TO ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY ARE OKAY WITH THAT. I WAS SAVING FOR A HO HO MOCHA. I HAD 219 POINTS WHICH WAS ENOUGH FOR A HO HO MOCHA BUT THE STORE TOOK MY POINTS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL AND NOW I AM SHORT. Corporate sides with the stores who steal my points. Located at Company headquarters so kind of off the beaten path. Caribou is always consistent quality. Pricing is typically expensive for coffee shop fare.

They are very friendly with service. But one thing I did not understand about this location is that they did not call the name of our order when they placed the drinks on the bar counter. And it was also not visible from where we sat. Also no names written on the cups. So we sat and were waiting to hear if our names would be called 5 plus minutes. Went to go check why it took so long. It was just sitting there. Thanks but I'll go to the Starbucks down the road next time.
