Carbone's Pizzeria Downtown Hudson

The owner stayed open to make me a small pizza and then was kind enough to tell me about the history of the store and some cool facts about the area Highly recommend

I called to place an order and the employee seemed irritated that I even wanted to order. He was very rude and complained as he took my order. When giving him my information he got upset about my phone number and how he couldn’t type it and rudely asked to say it again. When I repeated the whole number he got pissed I gave the whole thing to him. Then he tried to enter my address and he couldn’t even spell Canary. He snapped and said “Spell it”. Once I completed my order I mentioned I had a $5.00 off coupon from the Hudson fall flyer. He said I had to be in person to receive the discount. It doesn’t say anything on the coupon about said policy (false advertising) and so I cancelled my order. I wouldn’t piss on this guy if he was on fire. Many other options for pizza in Hudson. Was looking for a place for a pizza by the slice and the stuffed pizza sandwich was a nice alternative. It's an odd but yummy combination of a pizza, soup, and Flatbread. It was super hot and fresh when it came out.

Ordered a pizza for pick up as well as a meat ball sub! Both were great. Definitely on the top end for price but it was quite tasty, and you can tell they use quality ingredients!

Great pizza. Really impressed by the folks that run this restaurant and the food was delicious. Great service. Would go back.
