Delicious! I just got done eating the ranch dog and the carbon8 dog. Hands down the best hot dog i have ever had the honor of consuming. I never leave reviews for businesses. I was compelled to write one for this place. Absolute culinary masterpieces.

10/10 best hot dog and dirty sodas in the valley!! My daughter and I have made it a weekly staple, and you should too! I get something different each time, and have loved them all! If I had to name my favorite, I think it would be the Mary’s Peach with Diet Coke, Spice is Right, and a bag of bbq chips on the side. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I tried Carbon8 today for the first time. Let me say its nice to have a place that brings hot dogs to Albany. If you need a chilling dog fix you need to and meet the friendly people at Carbo8, I was very very happy with the service and the dog's are worth the trip. I will try the drink one of there sodas with the dog next time I go, I promise you it will be soon. I would tell you to go get your hot dog on at this kart, you will like what you get. I am always looking for that superb hot dog, have tried hot dogs from the popular areas like Portland all the way to Eugene and hands down Carbon8 in Albany, Oregon is the best I've had. If you're looking for a place with various delicious hot dogs this place is a must try. I will definitely be coming back. I had The Spicy Dog and a Chili dog and they were absolutely amazing, definitely a must try. Will be coming back to try the other dogs.
