I was about to rate this a very solid four stars but you have to get the context... this is some darn good seafood in an unexpected neighborhood. come on in to be pleasantly surprised with a cozy atmosphere. great service and some darn good fish!

I ordered the FULL Cajun boil which is supposed to come with a full pound of crab legs. I called for the manager and explained to him that a full pound should be about 3 med-large clusters and what i recieved was one med cluster and a few pieces of the other clusters. Guessing it was about 1/2 a pound at best. But he proceeded to argue and said if I would come back on crab day they give away an extra cluster. I am guessing they can do that comfortably since they are saving them up from all of us idiots paying for the FULL Pound during the weekend. Also, ordered a drink from the bar and it took at least 20 min for it reach our table.

WARNING! Do not eat at this place. They deliberately serve food that is delicious to entice customers to come back. We were a victim of this place. We ordered gator bites and pop corn shrimps that were horribly amazing! I’m not going to talk about the juicy ribeye cooked to perfection that was awfully delicious (see picture below). Kidding aside, if you’re ever in McAlester and fancy a good juicy steak. This is the place to go!

First time trying alligator, got the gator bites as an appetizer. It’s busy because it the best place to eat in town but the service was great. I enjoyed my meal and the appetizers and especially loved the beignets. If I’m ever in town again I would go back and try other menu items.
