Captain D's

My Shrimp were not brown on one side and was on the other side my order was warm. The clam straps were fried good. The crumbs was fried good and placed in a separate box which was perfectly fine. I was not all the way satisfied, I placed my order at the drive through the food could have been better.

Captain D’s of Rome has ALWAYS had wonderful service and delicious food. I have visited this location for years and have always had a great experience whether dinning indoors or picking up food from the drive through. The facility is always clean and the prices are great!

We love the Captain D's in Rome. It's been our experience that some of the other Captain D's have had oil that seemed like it needed to be changed. We go to this one a couple of times a week and have never had that experience there. Good food and service.

Ordered online. Received the order wrong. No problem, but by the time I got home realized it was wrong some missing carried it back to the store.. we weren't in the mood for this food anymore. The confused kids behind the counter was the biggest issue. They kept using words " like, sometimes, usually" is anyone aware of policy here? Still me being super nice I'm just confusing them so badly wanting a refund. LOL I sent my feedback with the corporate for my online refund. As an industry worker of 16 years... you need to go over policy w these kids. Irritating to be looked at like an idiot simply bc the kids were not trained properly nor can read tickets obviously.

Cashier was very friendly, enjoyable to interact with. Food was hot. Condiments area was well stocked. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Music was at a nice level.
