CLOSE EM DOWN ASAP! This is a very unpleasant and disturbing establishment because they are distributing uncooked SEAFOOD. These people gave me food that was no where near done. Which showed me that the food is not being properly prepared at all. I bit into a COLD piece of FISH!!. Nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted. I opened up the rest of the meat on my plate and the insides were ice cold. Went back for a manager and was given a refund no questions asked, but with very big attitudes. No apology and I was told to leave because the employees did not believe the matter needed to be handled by management. Before you spend money with them go across the street and buy your own ingredients to cook at home.

It's sad captain ds charging for a extra sauce when the fish requires you to have extra sauce because of how long it is. The cup of sauce is too small for the fish they serve. Cutting back on Captain Ds the sauce is too expensive.

As I’m reading these reviews on 9/3/25 I’m wondering if this is the same location on N18th street in Monroe, LA. CANT BE! Went here during lunch ordered in the drive thru, let me tell you the wait was crazy 15 minutes, get to the window and I’m looking at our order sit on the counter along with drinks and the female in the drive thru window just standing there and looking lost! She wasn’t taking orders or anything and I’m furious at this point finally she says the total, hands me the food, as soon as I pull off we check the order and it was not fresh and the fries were not cooked through. It took everything in me to just swallow that little anger and let Captain Ds have that money and go grab something else. This visit could have been better and so could the worker!

They gave me a Spoiled Cheesecake and u can cleary see how long it's been sitting up.

Food was real greasy like it came straight out the grease and onto the plate.... didn't taste too good... Food is usually good at this location.. Update...... Received meal in place of my complaint and food was awesome!!!
