Captain D's

Quite disappointing. Fries cold and stale. Chicken strips were a little over cooked on the outside but still juicy inside. The coleslaw was bland and tasted like it was mixed with water instead of mayo or miracle whip. The fish was not horrible like the rest of the food but that's not enough to make us want to go back. The drive thru worker was not friendly or pleasant. The food was not worth the price. Its sad really. I used to be a big fan of this place

Customer Service is above and beyond. Becky took care of a mistake from a previous take out order. She is a superior manager, goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. People like Becky is the reason for Customer retention, not just a one time visit.

I came to this Captain D’s with my family after a quick Wednesday trip to Michael’s and Dick’s and it was a good experience. I’d do it again. The staff was very nice and had a good sense of humor. It felt like 90% of the other customers were over the age of 65. That’s okay though! All vibes. It was relatively empty and the food was just as good as you’d expect it to be. Its not like an insanely awesome dining experience but I don’t think it needs to be. This Captain D’s knows what it is and follows that to a tee. The dining area seemed super up-to-date as well. I truly don’t understand how more people don’t go here. Good experience. I recommend.

Please recognize Heather and the crew that worked tonight around 8pm tonight! We went through the drive through last weekend and some of our food was missing. We realize everyone makes mistakes, no big deal. It was my husband’s birthday and I think he really wanted the cheese cake. He called and told Heather what has happened. She immediately apologized and asked some questions. She said she would make it right and she did that today! We really appreciate those that worked tonight especially Heather! Our food was delicious too!
