I am sitting here at the drive thru for the past 15 minutes listening to the speaker girl have a personal conversation. Absolutely crazy. Told me to wait for anppearently ever and then annoys me the entire time. Update: I ended up leaving, honking as I drove off and calling them to yell at them as well. Absolutely ridiculous, I won’t be back ever.

If I’m not mistaken I think this defiance location have new owners and the past few times I have been here the food is outstanding, fresh,hot. Workers are so kind I hope they get paid well

Prompt service and excellent food! The portion size was amazing. We have dined here previously and this visit was especially good. Will recommend to family and friends. A++++

Unfortunately, I have to believe that I have visited this Captain D's for the last time. Recently, my wife and I stopped in for our favorite seafood restaurant to find out that the type of fish offered had been changed to a much lower quality. We haven't returned.

I came to location got their special for $5.99. supposed to get 2 pieces of batter fish, six shrimp 2 hush puppies, fries and 2 sidea. well as you see in picture i got one piece of fish. I got five pieces of shrimp and maybe about 10 fries, and no fries. I went to the window and let them know this isn’t correct and she said oh that’s how it is. That’s how we do it here and I showed her on her the define Ohio’s menu website with their phone number at this location. It it says something different. And she said I’m sorry to tell you that is how we do it here. Well, you don’t advertise something and then don’t honor it.
