Captain D's

I didn't rate the food because I'm a DoorDash driver so I didn't order it but I will definitely be coming back on my own time to have dinner or lunch! I was greeted with smiling faces and welcoming attitudes and helpful service! I was in and out quickly with my customers order and everything was correct! This is one of my favorite places to eat, but today we bought the giant fish sandwiches and must've been under a toaster for more than a couple of hours because it was the most stale and hard sandwiches I've ever bit into.i couldn't finish it it was so bad! Please dont do this anymore fresh made is always better and your store is better than what we had today! Please fix this or other reviews will be bad! The window service was great but the food wasn't.

Batman and robin had great hospitality! I’m from Illinois and stopped in there cause I really wanted captain D’s. I enjoyed the nice lil convo! Above and beyond is what we should always experience! And Robin u did that Grl!!!!!

I visited this Captain D's restaurant which was a first ever and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The staff provided friendly and attentive service, the food was flavorful and satisfying, and the restaurant was well-maintained and clean. I truly hope Captain D’s expands to my area, I'd love to become a regular!

$18.10 for a 6 piece chicken with two, " included," at extra charge, sides, is criminal. This is a fast food place, but I had to wait 19 minutes for my food, which was cold by the time I sat down. I know it was 19 minutes because when I finally got my order, I was told my order did not include a drink, which I had to buy for an additional 3.08. The staff clearly don't want to be here. Im sure this sounds overly dramatic, but i can not stress enough how much of a fool i feel for having paid over 20 dollars to eat here. This was the first and last time I will try a Captain d's
