Captain Adobo

Today was my first time com I ng here. When I approached, both the guy and gal greeted me. I was happy to see Lumpia offered but was really happy to see the Lechon Kawali. While I was ordering, the guy inside the truck offered me a taste of their Adobo Ribs. It tasted really good. The food is good and worth the price. The Lumpia is nice and crispy and the topping add an additional flavor. The Lechon is a nice and big plate. I couldn't finish it. The Pork Belly had a nice crunch, just could be a little more crispy. I will come back again for sure. Next time, will try the Adobo Ribs - which isn't on the menu. Addition: I have gone there quite a few times after work. The lechon plate was soooo good. It came with (saffron?) rice, 3x lumpia, a pile of lechon, a big scoop of Mac salad and Cucumber. Everything is delicious. The portions were great. The guy cooking was friendly. They had chicken katsu in special but I wanted to try their lechon first. I'm definately coming back.

Just had an amazing meal from Captain Adobo! The lumpia was incredible, and the Sausage Fusion Silog and Chicken Adobo Madness plate were both bursting with flavor. Everything was so delicious and totally worth it! The guy who served us, who I think might be the owner, was super kind and you could tell he made our food with love. Highly recommend Captain Adobo!

Stopped in to buy my favorite Lechon Kawali. Also tried the Garlic Vinegar in a jar which you can purchase too. New item of Sili Garlic Oil created by Capt. Adobo was AMAZINGLY flavorful, and a must have for your home. I was told it would be on sale at Tacoma Boyz. Or inquire at Capt. Adobo. Thank you. I am so grateful. I enjoy their food very much.

I got this meal through doordash, and I must say it was truly amazing and so delicious. I will definitely order from this place again.
