Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Really delicious sandwiches. Ordered the grilled Italian, meatball, and Hot Bobbie. Took about 15 min. No indoor seating so waited outside. Fries have a great crunch. Sandwiches were all very generous with the meat. The Hot Bobbie is Thanksgiving on a sandwich and it’s delightful. My pic isn’t the best but look at all that meat!

Sandwhich was good but took a while and they were busy and only had like 2 people working. They were still very pleasant to us and did make us a very tasty sando. They should look into offering some indoor seating.

Is this even a Capriotti‘s? I literally have about an ounce of turkey on each sandwich. The sandwich is minuscule it was thrown together. This is not a Caps I assure you this A personally owned franchise store and it’s not putting out what Capriotti’s really puts out. If you see the sign just ignore it. It’s not a Capriotti’s.! Take yourself down to Jersey Mike’s around the corner on Burnside and get yourself a real sandwich!

The staff is so rude and Unprofessional not attentive no sense of urgency or priorities. They stand in the back not working, talking and laughing Like it’s some sort of power trip to make everybody wait. I wonder if there’s a manager there I know if I was the owner of this franchise I would fire the little girl with a mustache. They wouldn’t even give me my food simply cause I asked how long it would be. I came back. Sandwich was done, but they will not bring it out with an extra five minutes. In all this order was 30 minutes late for three items and as far as I can tell, there’s never much business there and that is the reason why customers are the priority to go orders delivery orders it’s all the same. The Restaurant is being judged by how long things take and the quality of food. those

i used to like this place but it has gotten bad. i tried to order a veggie turkey sandwich but i didn't hear until my door dasher was already there that they were out, i felt bad my driver was already there so i agreed to change to a different sandwich but it was gross, also ordered the impossible loaded fries that were meant to come with impossible ground beef, peppers mushrooms and cheese, but it was just cold impossible meat piled onto cold fries, no cheese or anything, so gross. photos of the fries i got vs. what was advertised. i messaged capriotti's via their website to complain and try and get my money back at least for the fries and they never responded. don't eat here. it was way too expensive and a complete let down. they've also sent me meat when i ordered vegetarian as well so
