Sandwiches made the way a chef would want their sandwich. Awesome French fries. Fantastic tastes. Loved every bite. Recommend the Hot Bobbie w/no cheese for IBS folks and the American Wagyu for everyone else.

I forgot to get their names before leaving but everyone in the shop tonight, 1/22, was absolutely WONDERFUL! Love them! The young woman moved a smaller table next to mine so I wasn’t so cramped while trying to work on my computer and eat. There was another gentleman there that was very conversational and kind. Give them a raise! The sandwich was also amazing, I got the large Italian. For anyone new here 18 inches is a lot bigger than it seems on the little comparison picture😂 I will be eating for 3 more days with this thing. I also got the cheese steak fries, they didn’t blow me away but they were fine. I think they would’ve been better if they were saucy. Overall 15/10 experience. If y’all see this keep being you! First had their signature sandwich "The Bobbie" at a Capriotti's in Delaware, mid 1990s. Loved them. Then started seeing the shops pop up around the country. I've been to shops in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, and now two in Charlotte. No matter what location I order from, the Bobbie sandwich is just okay now. The ingredients are drier than I remember. Maybe it's the bread, the turkey, or the stuffing... but it's just not as moist as before. (I recommend asking for more mayo and cranberry to make up for it - and absolutely have a drink handy, you'll need it.) The one I purchased at this location was REALLY dry. The turkey and stuffing had no moisture at all. (I cut off a piece for another person to try and they didn't finish it. Said it was too dry.) Although I asked for extr

Got the quote world's best sandwich. More like world's stuffed stuffing sandwich. Half the medium had maybe 2 small pieces of turkey and the rest was stuffing. Something told me to add extra turkey. Side Gravy was good once I heated it up. Ended up trashing half the sandwich though. Fries were cold, still edible. The ranch tasted off. Can't put my finger on why. Gotten the cheesesteak a few times and figured I'd try the Hot Bobby as it sounded good. Won't be getting it again. Shame.

We are short staffed at my job so I ordered my lunch to be delivered. When I get the delivery, my sandwich is missing. I call and they say they’ll remake it and I need to pick it up. Not a problem, just a mild inconvenience because I ordered delivery for a reason. I got there and the girls at the counter just stare at me when I say I’m picking up a remake. Once they figure it out, I get my sandwich and go back to work. I go to eat and the sandwich is not only made WRONG, it’s got brown lettuce all in it. I used to really like this place, but every time I order these days, everything is always wrong. I wouldn’t be this upset if someone would take accountability and at the very least apologize for slacking so much. Last time I’m wasting money here.
