Very pleasant and conservative old school Italian place. A nice reasonably priced restaurant with traditional food and a slightly formal atmosphere

We've come as a family many times, and they do such an incredible job! The clam appetizer came with the most delectable sauce, and the best doughy bread to go with it. The fried calamari is outstanding, flaky and fresh. Really loved the eggplant parmesan too. For entree we loved the seafood pasta, it was packed with the best combination of seafood and not lacking at all with an incredible sauce. I've had the seafood soup many times also. The halibut was cooked perfectly. Last time we came was a very busy Christmas Eve and even then the service was as warm and incredibly hospitable as ever even with a packed dining room. We loved the cappuccino ice cream desert and the cannoli and profiterole. Very good coffee too.

Overall 4 stars. Some dishes, like the cozze (mussels) appetizer, were a 4.5 to a 5. Almost sublime flavor! Others, like the ravioli aragosta (lobster) were more like a 3.5. Dough was too thick and the sauce was anemic. The service was fine in this casual neighborhood Italian, with slightly elevated prices.

What a great find! Had the Calamari with Fra-Diavolo sauce. Cooked perfectly and the sauce wasn't too spicy. The Ravioli Di Granchio was excellent: stuffed with crab meat with lobster and saffron sauce. Service was spot on. Will definitely be back.

Had the lobster ravioli, it was great. We celebrated a birthday, party of 9 so we made a res but walk-ins didn't have to wait on a snowy Saturday night.
