Ordered a dozen lobsters nearly 2 weeks before arrival date for a Christmas dinner. For whatever reason they had issues with shipping and blamed it on nonexistent "bad weather" (I have family in Maine and the weather wasnt even bad). I had to call in multiple times to figure out what was going on with my order. The gal said she was going to call the day of by 5pm to make sure we received our order and they weren't dead by the time they made it to us. They only guarantee the lobsters to be alive for 24 hours yet they dont care when it takes 3 days for lobsters to arrive when its a mistake on their part. 4/12 lobsters were dead upon arrival and unsure of how long they were dead for so we obviously couldnt eat them. Scott Cantrell started selling seafood in 1983, now his son Andy operates the Topsham store, with several of their trucks going out to Winslow, Oxford, Newport, and Jay ( Maine). I rate this good operation a solid 4.5 ! They were out of the soft shell lobsters, but I still enjoyed my hard shell lobsters just the same. . . Good service, thanks Morgan! They charge an extra $1 a pound to steam the lobsters, then pack in a steam bag to take home and make your own lobster rolls! Which I did! Just came back from CANTRELL‘s out of Topsham,Maine we ordered them and went and picked them up. She put the fish on the bottom and the lobster on top in a bag so they everything was all soaking wet for one thing and one of the love is how they move and then when he got home. It’s dead so I called him up. They said well we don’t let anything leave that place unless it’s alive. I said it probably was died already and they won’t do nothing about it so I will never go back to this place in Topsham,Maine

The staff was helpful in getting what we needed. Everything was super fresh and cooked up amazing. Their packing for travel was perfect. We didn’t cook the lobsters and oysters till the next evening, and everything was fresh. Couldn’t have asked for more.
