Cantina Mamma Lucia

Genuinely the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. The paper under the pizza was stuck to each slice and we had to cut the slices. Literally pieces split in half and were so soggy. Genuinely a horrible experience 66 dollars and we barely touched it.

This is one of my favorit Italian spots. The food is good and almost always consistent. The service is good, the staff is professional; always working hard getting the orders out. Parking is never an issue. The atmosphere is good for a quick meal pickup or for casual dining.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express, we wanted something good for dinner. We looked at the restaurants within walking distance and saw Mama Lucia's and it looked good. Good is an understatement! The NY style pizza was awesome, reminds me of the pizzas we'd get in NY city when I was a kid, even had a big air bubble in it! My wife and I share a small pizza and still had leftovers. It was just as good cold the next morning. I highly recommend it! Only 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Food was ok, service was ok (they absolutely tried their best but it's not a full service restaurant). We enjoyed our time there. Food was pricey for the quality, there are far better quality italian places in the area. The portions are too large, they'd do better cutting the portions down but half and lowering the costs of the dishes by $7-10 to make it more worth while. However, the pizza was good and reasonably priced.

Not bad for the price. Liked their lunch menu options. Tried a Stromboli that looked like a calzone. LOADED with meat.
