You guys when I tell you these are the best QUESABIRRIAS 🌮 I’ve ever TASTED IN MY LIFE 🙌🏻😩 and trust me I know QUESABIRRIAS, it brings taste, flavor, lots of BOMB Birria Meat, this is 1000% quesabirrias with over-generous Beef meat, we come from LA just for thissssss 💯 we ordered the Torta Cubana that has (Asada/Alpastor/Jamon/Pork) and an order of quesabirrias (THEY COME BIG)🤤😮‍💨 Not only Gustavo went above and beyond with the Food but he also made us some grilled cebollitas, you guys this FoodTruck will literally take you back to 🇲🇽😮‍💨 We’re definitely driving 3 hours to come back and eat this Hidden Gem 💎 in Santa María, this foodtruck is parked in the Carwash see pics for reference! Absolutely delicious! It was my husband’s and my first time coming to this food truck, and the least I can say is that we were not disappointed. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect and seasoned so well. I just wish I had found this spot sooner! Now that I know where to get a delicious and filling meal, I won’t be going anywhere else. The service was nothing less than great. Funny enough, I had actually called this food truck by accident while trying to reach another location with a similar name. Thank goodness I did, because this place turned out to be exactly what I was looking for—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My husband and I will definitely be coming back soon. The cali burrito looks nothing like the picture. There’s no sour cream or guac it is simply a 70/30 ratio of fries and carne asada.

Some of the best tacos I have had. Went in to try their carne asada tacos and their quesabirria tacos. They are delicious! Large tacos, generous meat portions, and soft hand made tortillas. I also ordered their carne asada gordita, and it was BOMB. Little hidden nook nestled by a car wash and bank. Cooks are super friendly! For the price I paid, I thought it was well worth it.

Absolutely recommend this place . There quesabirrias are full of meat and delicious. We accidentally placed an order by phone thinking it was another taco truck close by with similar names and we have no regrets . 💯 recommend 😋
