Calandra's Mediterranean Grill

The staff was all very nice and attentive. The food was so delicious. The drinks were really good too. I got the roasted duck special of the day. The duck was still crispy even with the sauce on it. The tiramisu was also delicious, but I expected that from calandras. It's a fancier restaurant than I expected it to be, but the food was really really good.

I'm usually not a critic but needed to tell my experience.. Last night I met my girlfriends there for a new years dinner. Haven't been there in years and the place was beautiful. Ordered our food , did apps for happy hour and it was ok, nothing to brag about. While eating the stuffed pepper we come across a big piece of hair. That was the end of our eating. I DO understand this happens at all places but it just made me sick. Told waitress and she took off bill but not once did a manager come to our table. The service was so so and the bus guys kept circling our table to see if we were done so they can clean table up. The place was empty so no excuse. Just wanted to let this out and will not be returning to calandras in the future

Always a great experience at Calandra’s Mediterranean in Fairfield. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and they carry Hoboken Brewing, which is always a plus. Great spot for a solid meal and a good beer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated my friend’s 50th birthday at Calandra’s Mediterranean Grill, and it was wonderful! They make the best lychee martini and espresso martini, and the live entertainment added such a great vibe. The gentleman singing even performed Happy Birthday for my friend without us asking — such a sweet touch! The food and service are always fabulous every time I visit. Highly recommend!

I came here with a large group for a business dinner and we all had such a wonderful experience! I worked closely with Tom to plan everything. From the very beginning, he made the process so easy, and the service on the day of the event was just as amazing! We were seated in the large room next to the bar, and even though we shared the space with other guests, the partition made it feel intimate while still giving us plenty of room to stand, mingle, and enjoy ourselves. Everything we had was absolutely delicious ..from the antipasto and calamari appetizers to the house salad and our entrees (short rib, salmon with dill, and chicken balsamico). To top it all off, the assorted desserts and pastries were the perfect sweet ending! The servers were so attentive and made sure everyone was happy
